The story of this gift begins in Burgundy. Crémant de Bourgogne is made using the traditional sparkling wine method, while Cave de Lugny sources its grapes from the Mâconnais area, known for limestone- and clay-rich soils. The wine is aged on its lees for 12 months, developing a fresh, fruity character with notes of green apple, subtle nuttiness and delicate toasted nuances. The chocolates add sweetness, while the salted and black-salt gingerbread bring an unexpected savoury contrast.
